Admin panel
Live Demo: See the Platform as an Admin and as a Member
Try both sides without touching your own programme: what the panel shows you, and what your members go through.
We built the Live Demo for one reason. A programme admin should be able to see the platform from their own side and from their members’ side, easily. The hard part of running a programme is not learning the screens. It is seeing how a mentor publishes their hours, how a mentee books a meeting, and what that turns into on your own panel. Press the Live Demo button at the top of the panel and you walk through the application with an example programme and example people. Once you have seen the admin side, you move into a mentor’s or a mentee’s seat from the same place. The demo is built from your own settings. It never touches your data.
One button, both sides
Press Live Demo in the top bar. The list opens with the admin tours first and the mentor and mentee seats underneath. Seeing the same programme from both sides no longer means opening a second account.
The admin side
There is a tour each for Guide & Dashboard, adding participants, the matching list, the matching algorithm, reports, awarding certificates and groups. Each one runs on its own screen. The tooltip names the button you can actually see.
The member side
The mentor’s seat covers the home page, publishing hours, planning a meeting and joining the programme. The mentee’s covers the home page, their match, booking from the pool, choosing a mentor and the certificate steps. Which ones appear depends on your settings.
It looks like your programme
The demo reads the settings you have switched on and builds itself from them. Groups if you run groups, a pool if you run a pool. A feature you have turned off never shows up. Your programme’s name, members and data stay out of it.
You use it, you do not read it
Some steps say “press here” and wait. They move on once you do. Steps that fill in a form open with an example value already there, so you never have to think one up.
Your own programme is untouched
The demo runs in a separate space. It creates no records, sends nobody an email and changes none of your settings. Nothing is left behind when you leave. You can press anything you like.
In the language of your panel
The tour follows your panel’s language. It also uses whatever you call your roles. If you say “advisor” instead of mentor, the tour says it too.
What it is good for
- “How does my member see this?”: when a support question comes in, you open the mentor’s or the mentee’s screen and look.
- Trying it before you switch it on: see both sides of certificates or the matching algorithm before you open them to your members.
- Onboarding a new admin: whoever joins the team walks both the panel and the member side on their own on day one.
- Explaining it in a meeting: instead of preparing screenshots, you open the screens themselves.
