How the monthly number is worked out

Your price follows the number of active participants in your programs. You decide who counts as active: a cohort that finished months ago should not still be on your invoice.

Administrators are free, and there is no cap on how many you have.
You mark participants active or inactive yourself, at any time.
Programs, mentors, mentees and cohorts are unlimited; only active participants count.
One number, quoted once, with no implementation project attached to it.

50% for education

Universities, schools and student programs pay half. It applies to the whole subscription and stays in place after the first year.

SSO is the only paid add-on

SAML single sign-on with Azure AD, OneLogin or any SAML 2.0 provider. Everything else in the product is included in the plan.

Common questions

Is the free plan a trial?: No. It runs for as long as you want it to, with every feature switched on, for up to 10 users. Plenty of small programs never leave it.
What happens when we pass 10 users?: Nothing locks. Tell us how many people you expect to have active and you get one number back.
Do program administrators count towards the price?: No. Administrators and coordinators are free, however many of them you need.
Are there setup or implementation fees?: None. Setup is a conversation and an import, and someone from the team walks you through it.
Can we pay annually, or by invoice?: Yes to both. Tell us which you need when you ask for your number.
