How do communities use Mentornity?

Can members choose their own mentor?
Yes. Members browse profiles and send requests, with a limit per mentor and optional mentor approval. Admin matching can run alongside it in the same program.

Yes. One mentor with a small circle. The group shares meetings and history, and tags decide who joins which circle.
How much admin time does it take?
