For incubators & accelerators
Your mentor network, running itself
Founders book real slots from real mentors. Sessions follow your program’s method. And when the next batch starts, you clone everything and go. Mentornity has run accelerator mentoring since 2015, including the Copernicus Accelerator.
Free to start · No credit card · Setup in minutes
Mentor office hours: published once, booked by founders, synced to calendars.
Startup mentoring software helps incubators, accelerators, and entrepreneurship centers manage the mentoring layer of their programs: maintaining a mentor pool, matching mentors to startups, letting founders book mentor office hours, structuring sessions, and tracking every interaction per cohort. Mentornity supports 1:1, group, and self-selection models in the same program.

The accelerator mentoring problem
Mentors are volunteers
Their time is a gift. Availability sharing means they publish slots once, weekly office hours included, and never get double-booked or spammed.
Every batch resets everything
New cohort, same setup marathon. Program cloning carries your sessions, rules, agreements, and settings into the next batch in minutes.
Partners want proof
Sponsors and public funders ask what actually happened. Meeting counts per startup, mentor engagement, and feedback exports answer without archaeology.
Made for cohort programs
The same platform behind İTÜ Çekirdek, the EU’s Copernicus Accelerator, and Galata Business Angels.
Mentor pool with office hours
Mentors publish one-off or weekly recurring slots. Founders book what fits. Guard rails stop any startup from hoarding mentor time.
Startup = group
Match a mentor to a startup team, not just a person. Every founding-team member gets the invite; meetings belong to the group.
Tag-based booking rules
“Fintech startups meet fintech mentors”, “Batch 7 can’t book Batch 8 mentors”: expected and unexpected tags express it with AND/OR logic.
Demo-day-ready reports
Guest–meeting tables, successful-meeting ratios, startups with no meetings. CSV, Excel, or PDF with charts, generated in the background, emailed when ready.
Clone per cohort
Duplicate a whole program (sessions, matching rules, agreements, settings) for the next batch. Keep history separate, keep setup at zero.
Fast onboarding for busy people
Mentors sign in with Google, Microsoft, or a magic link. The onboarding wizard collects expertise and availability in one pass.
One cohort, start to finish
- 1
Load the mentor pool
Import mentors from Excel with expertise fields, or let them apply through a public form. They set availability during onboarding.
- 2
Bring in the batch
Create startups as groups, add founders, and publish the program agreement, so nobody enters without accepting it.
- 3
Match or let them book
Assign lead mentors with the algorithm, keep office hours open for everyone, or mix both. Tag rules keep bookings sensible.
- 4
Close the batch with numbers
Export per-startup mentoring activity for partners, issue certificates to mentors, clone the program for the next cohort.
Frequently asked questions
How do accelerators use Mentornity?
Accelerators maintain a mentor pool with published office hours, match lead mentors to startups with rule-based scoring, let founders book additional slots freely, and track every meeting per startup. When the batch ends, they export activity reports and clone the program for the next cohort.
Can startups be mentored as teams rather than individuals?
Yes. Group mentoring treats each startup as a group: the whole founding team is matched with a mentor, receives meeting invitations together, and shares the meeting history.
How does mentor office-hour booking work?
Mentors publish time slots, one-off or weekly recurring, up to about two months ahead. Founders book a slot; the video link is generated automatically and both calendars are updated. Weekly booking limits and minimum-notice rules prevent abuse.
Can we restrict which startups meet which mentors?
Yes, with tag-based rules. Give groups tags (industry, batch, stage) and define expected or unexpected tags per mentor or program-wide, combining AND/OR logic. For example, only fintech startups can book fintech mentors.
Do mentors need to create yet another account?
They sign in with Google or Microsoft, or through a one-time magic link, with no password to remember. Most mentors are onboarded, with availability set, in under five minutes.
What does Mentornity cost for an incubator?
Free for up to 10 users, then from $289/month by participant count, with no setup fees. Many incubators start free with one pilot cohort and upgrade when the next batch joins.
