The Startup Pool Mentorship Program is designed to give startups flexible access to a wide network of mentors with diverse expertise — without fixed assignments or matching.

This is a pool-based model, meaning:

🔹 Mentors decide when they are available and what topics they support

🔹 No one is matched — both mentors and mentees choose how and when to engage

🔹 All meetings are one-on-one and focused on real, timely challenges

How It Works:

👤 Startups:

Create your profile and share your startup’s focus. Then, explore available mentor time slots and schedule sessions based on your current needs.

🎓 Mentors:

Once your profile is complete, add time slots and connect your calendar. You’ll only receive booking requests for the times you choose to offer.

📅 Scheduling:

You can book from listed time slots or message a mentor to request a session directly. Meeting notes help mentors prepare in advance.

All conversations are based on mutual respect and trust. What’s shared stays private.
