Welcome to JITO Mentorship Program offered by JITO Professional Forum

JITO Professional Forum has rolled out an exclusive Mentorship Program. This is an initiative by the Community, for the Community! Any member of Jain community residing anywhere in the world can avail the mentorship.

Our mentors are accomplished Jain professionals working with well-known organizations such as, Google, Microsoft, American Express, Swiggy, GE Power, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, IBM, Intel, Accenture, Disney, PepsiCo, Lacoste, Visa, Times of India, Amazon Pay, ICICI, Axis Bank etc. All our mentors bring a rich and diverse background in terms of geography, industry and function. Mentorship offered is solely as a spirit of Sewa/Giving Back to the society and it is not part of our mentor’s official role. There are no charges for taking mentoring sessions.

How does the mentorship program works

1) You can start the process by completing the JotForm where you will have to provide some basic information, the areas and the type of mentoring you require, and from the drop down menu you can identify two mentors that you would prefer to be matched with.

2) Our program manager will facilitate the matching of your profile and once the process is completed, a virtual meeting is set up at a time convenient to both parties

3) In case you don’t want mentoring immediately but would like to join the platform and get updated with events you can select the option accordingly.

4) All discussions between the mentor and mentee are confidential
